After the delivery of questionnaire the response rate is approximately 40%.

As for this corporation research panel, the first stage of registration includes checking of names, addresses and email address. We exclude all the illegal registration contents. To prevent the duplicate registration, we have proprietary criteria of date of birth (8 digit) zip code (7digit) using stealth system to maintain a group of high quality panel.

After registering, the contents of the research panel, respondents are continuously monitored using auto-check system. We have a ranking system from A to E according to the response and the quality answer, that is the reason how we maintain high quality panel.

We update the registration information of the panel annually. Panel who doesn't update the registration and who exceed a certain percentage of cumulative response, or who does not response are excluded from the panel list.
